4. OFAC Regulations Compliance: GhostVPS cannot conduct business or cooperate with sanctioned countries or individuals under OFAC Regulations, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Sudan, Ukraine, or Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs).
5. Email Policies: GhostVPS does not provide Email Marketing, Spamming, Un-Solicited Bulk Email (UBE), or Email Extractor services due to potential risks.
6. PTR (Reverse DNS): The use of PTR (Reverse DNS) requires approval from the Abuse Audit Team. The availability will be communicated through the ticketing system.

Indemnification Policy:

2. Backups: Automated backups are performed daily, weekly, and monthly, retrievable within 45 days.
3. Renewal: Clients are notified 10 days prior to the due date. Automatic renewal is facilitated for seamless service continuation.
4. Refund: Refund requests within 24-48 hours of service delivery are considered, subject to GhostVPS evaluation.
5. Upgrade/Downgrade: Clients can upgrade/downgrade plans based on their needs, following MTC guidelines.

Linux, Windows VPS, and RDP Services:

1. Prompt Delivery: VPS services are delivered within 30-45 minutes from the registration date.
2. Renewal: Automatic renewal is facilitated, with a 10-day notice before the due date.
3. Refund: Refund requests within 24-48 hours of service delivery are considered for technical issues.
4. Upgrade/Downgrade: VPS packages can be upgraded/downgraded based on client needs.

Dedicated Server:

1. Delivery Time: Dedicated servers are delivered within 5-10 business days.
2. Renewal: Renewal notices are sent 10 days before the due date. Servers are terminated if not renewed 48 hours before the due date.
3. Refund: Refunds are not applicable for dedicated servers unless there are technical issues causing delays.

SSL:

1. Delivery Time: SSL services are subject to the policies of SSL corporations after completing CSR.
2. Renewal: SSL services do not have renewal invoices; they must be re-ordered after expiration.

Domain Registration:
