What to check
Match coin and network
Use only the payment address, coin, network and amount displayed by the current invoice. Do not reuse an old address or assume that two networks for one coin are interchangeable.
Wait for invoice confirmation
Monitor the invoice status in Console. Network confirmations and gateway processing can take time; sending a transaction alone does not prove the service has been activated.

Check the payment options on your actual invoice. Gateway availability and supported coins or networks may change; this page does not promise a particular network.
Does paying with crypto make the service anonymous?
No. Account verification, service terms and applicable use requirements still apply. Cryptocurrency payment does not remove them.
What if the payment is late or incorrect?
Contact support through your account with the invoice reference and transaction ID. Do not share private keys or seed phrases; do not send an extra payment without checking the invoice.
